What to Expect

Your first visit to John E. Sullivan, D.D.S. is an important one as it introduces you to our practice and our friendly staff.  During the first visit, we will collect background information like medical history as well as take the time to get to know Dr. Sullivan.  Below you will find additional information to view before your first visit to John E. In order to make your visit an easy process, you can request an appointment from our website or call our office.  Our friendly staff will assist you in getting everything set.

New Patients, feel free to view the online schedule for available hours, but for booking purposes, please call our office, and our staff will assist you in scheduling your first visit.

Emergency?

Dental problems don't always happen during normal business hours.

Should you require emergency dental service, please contact our office for emergency contact information after-hours.

Insurance/ Financial options

We accept most PPOs; however, we are in network with Delta Dental, United Health Care, Guardian, Cigna, and Aetna. We, unfortunately, do not accept any HMOs or Medicaid plans. If you have questions about your dental coverage, don’t hesitate to contact our office; our knowledgeable staff can assist you.

Accepted Insurance- Aetna, Ameritas, BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Principal Financial, Sunlife, Team Care, United Health Care, and most Union plans

We accept the following forms of payment:

• 10% senior discounts over the age of 65

• 10% discount for patients with no insurance.
